Small Jobs
For each worker, our rate is $150 for the 1st hour minimum, then $125/hour for each additional hour. Materials will be an additional charge.
We do not charge our hourly rate for drive time. The cost for driving to your jobsite will be based on mileage from our offices to your location. Our rates are as follows:
- Within 5 miles, no charge
- Between 5 to 10 miles is $25
- Between 10 and 20 miles $45
- Between 20 and 30 miles $65
- Between 30 and 40 miles $85
- Between 40 and 50 miles $110
